I have family who live in Manhattan's Upper East side. Every time I visit them I take FDR drive and had the idea to put some parts of this road on canvas. I had this idea for two years and finally here they are.

This is stunning, all those angles give it an edginess and the colouring is just perfect.
I really feel like I am standing in the middle of that road and taking in the silence and calm with a hint of unease ;-)
