190 Duane street building in Tribeca. I painted this building a while ago and now I'm back with a new painting of it.  Love these faded old signs and can't resist of painting them over again.

    I have to admit.. I never get tired of seeing these paintings of the old bricks and faded signs!!! This one is amazing with the blue fire escape!!!
