...............................................14x18
................................................ oil
Here is the painting with Central park and Plaza Hotel scene. The inspiration for it was the art of G. Harvey. I tried to create atmosphere similar to his works with light reflected on wet streets giving some warmth and romantic feeling to the cold evening . The central park Carriage ride may be short and limited and available year round.

Stairway is another of my favorite subjects. Walking from floor to floor in NY Art district you can find a lot of interesting architectural discoveries.
It is very likely, that in the future, there will be a few more paintings similar to this one.

"East Village"
................................................sold
16x20
oil on linen.
I have two pieces left from my 8x10 series that I’m planning to show here first and list on eBay tomorrow. Also, I have one large painting of East Village which I would like to post here today. It’s Italian-style restaurant VIA DELLA PACE in East Village NY. I never been there, so I can’t say if the place is good, but its interesting façade with a lot of details was perfect for my style.

"Fire Escapes"
............................................... Sold
8x10
oil on linen.
Here's a smaller version, actually fragment, of the painting I did a few months ago. I love painting fire escapes. I'm thinking of doing it again in a large format - 12x32 with different composition.
This painting is a corner of Broome and Mercer streets in Soho.
